UNFORGETTABLE EVENINGS FEATURING GOURMET FARM-TO-TABLE MENUS, EXPERT WINE PAIRINGS, AND FASCINATING TAKES ON CONSERVATION AND SUSTAINABILITY.
For these exclusive evenings under the stars at the L.A. Zoo, we’ve partnered with California wineries whose offerings serve as the inspiration for custom four-course menus created by our own executive chef, Eileen Aguilera. Along with the spectacular views of the Zoo, guests will be able to see sustainability from different angles—from agriculture to food and wine production to wildlife conservation. Each evening focuses on a different topic and features conversations with a curator or keeper and wine introductions from winery representatives.

About Ampelos Cellars
Ampelos Cellars was the first U.S. wine producer with a certified organic, sustainable, biodynamic vineyard. The vineyard is in the eastern end of the Santa Rita Hills appellation—a cool climate area perfect for growing Pinot Noir, Grenache, Syrah, Viognier, and Riesling. It’s one of the few vineyards that get the cool breezes from the Santa Rita Hills, Santa Rosa Hills, and La Parisima Mountains.

The Sustainable Wine+Dinner Series is for guests aged 21 and older. Seating is limited. GLAZA reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule this event for the sake of public health and safety. All ticket sales are final.
