Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space for everyone to enjoy the Zoo and connect with nature and wildlife. For the health and safety of our guests and the animals, some exhibits and programming may be unavailable. Schedules are subject to change without notice.

Ongoing Activities

Meet the flamingos up close and feed them a cup of their favorite treat! Available Friday – Monday from 10:30am-11:30am. (Last sale/entry is at 11:20am.)

Tickets: $10/cup. Space is limited. Schedule subject to change without notice.

Visit the Winnick Family Children’s Zoo to get up close with our goats in the animal contact area.

Safari Shuttle

While you’re at the Zoo, hop aboard Safari Shuttle for a quick trip from one end of the park to the other.

Conservation Carousel

The carousel features 64 unique hand-carved wooden figures and a universally accessible standing chariot. (Tickets: $5)

Children enjoy playing in nature at the LA Zoo Play Park.

Reopened with new shade sails and a fresh coat of paint, the play park is ready for fun!

A fun and innovative way to engage young readers and encourage activities that build early literacy skills!

World of Birds Show

Bird Show

The World of Birds Show is temporarily unavailable as the Zoo refreshes the experience for a whole new show. Keepers are hard at work training birds to demonstrate new behaviors in an all new free-flight presentation of birds from around the globe. The new show will be announced in the coming months.
