Attendees Ages 21+ are Invited to Indulge in the Magic of L.A. Zoo Lights With Gourmet Food, Beverages, and Express Entry
Los Angeles, CA, Nov. 28, 2023–The Los Angeles Zoo is excited to present two exclusive “holiday happy hours” as part of the L.A. Zoo Lights: Animals Aglow experience. Guests are invited to join the festive fun at the “Tinsel & ‘Tinis”-themed event on Thursday, Dec. 7 and the “Ugly Holiday Sweater Party” on Thursday, Dec. 14. Attendees are in for an unforgettable evening of lights, laughter, and merriment at the Los Angeles Zoo!
The holiday-themed happy hours offer a perfect opportunity for those ages 21-and-up to enjoy the enchanting light displays, while sipping on a festive signature cocktail and savoring a delicious gourmet menu. Both events will take place in an exclusive private setting that is open from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., offering hosted beer, wine, a signature cocktail, and non-alcoholic beverages, a full buffet, along with expedited entry into L.A. Zoo Lights: Animals Aglow. Guests are free to explore L.A. Zoo Lights from 6 to 10 p.m. The cost is $75 per person. Space is limited and tickets are available online only (no box office sales).

Through Jan. 7, 2024, the L.A. Zoo transforms into a radiant wonderland for L.A. Zoo Lights: Animals Aglow, with all-new captivating, large-scale lantern sculptures, vibrant interactive displays, roaming live entertainment, colorful light projections, and festive holiday photo ops creating a magical landscape under the stars. This 60- to 90-minute nighttime stroll through the Zoo is filled with luminous displays of animals, botanical wonders, and festive elements, for a not-to-be-missed holiday adventure. Interactive and animated displays allow guests to become part of the experience, including glowing swings, a “holiday hopscotch” activity, a giant walk-in kaleidoscope, motion-sensing cacti, and more. Available extras included rides on the beautiful Conservation Carousel for $3 and glowing merchandise for purchase.
