Entry Promenade 

• L.A. Public Library Street Fleet (Sunday only, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.) 
• Spring Science with NASA/JPL 
• Honey Tasting with the L.A. County Beekeepers Association—Tastes of five all-natural honeys for $4 
• Rose Garden Picnic Area: 
  • The BeatBuds performances at 12 and 2 p.m. 
  • Springtime strolling characters
  • Community coloring activity 
• Entry Plaza: Zoo Block Party, 2–3 p.m. on Sunday only* 

Children’s Zoo 

• Spring Story Time in Adventure Theater  
  • What’s Inside a Caterpillar Cocoon author and illustrator Rachel Ignotofsky on Saturday at 1 and 3 p.m. 
  • LAPL Children’s Librarians on Sunday at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. 
• Self-Help Graphics poster and T-shirt screen printing 
• Butterfly craft 
• Education stations—Fluttering Butterflies and The Nose Knows

• Birding at 10:30 a.m.* 

World of Birds Show Theater

Animal Enrichment & Talks
