Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Day
The Los Angeles Zoo proclaims TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES DAY on Friday, August 1, 2014, with TMNT masks given free to the first 5,000 children ages 12 and under with paid admission while supplies last (limit one mask per child).
In celebration of Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies’ TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES feature film in theaters August 8, festivities also include a “fun facts” handout for all visitors spotlighting the Zoo’s turtle and tortoise residents, plus a chance to get up-close and personal with a desert tortoise. Finally, in true “Cowabunga!” fashion, visitors will enjoy a special screening of the film’s trailer.
